
My Integrative Approach
Therapy with me is integrative, combining techniques from a range of therapeutic models to suit your individual needs. I work at your pace, focusing on the core of what’s troubling you, whether that’s trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or loss. Nothing is rushed – your progress and emotional safety always come first.
Before training as a therapist, I worked as a nurse for 23 years. This experience has given me a strong foundation in understanding both physical and emotional wellbeing, and continues to inform my work with care, sensitivity, and a grounded, practical perspective.
I also integrate trauma-informed approaches and support clients to deepen their understanding of their emotional world, helping you to gently explore and process what you’re feeling. This can support you in working through:

Personal Counselling
My counselling room is based in Honingham, Norfolk just off the A47. I offer a quiet and tranquil space to allow you the time to work through any issues.
Online Counselling
WE can connect and work together from wherever you are based. This is a great help if you are time limited. I use a secure online platform and the sessions are confidential.
If you wish to undertake online therapy, it is important that you have a space where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the session and you are alone. I can answer any questions you have if you wish to find out more about this style of therapy.
Hypnotherapy
