You have decided you would like to use hypnotherapy to reduce anxiety. We will work together, and I will teach you a variety of techniques so that you can help yourself.
We will use deep relaxation and breathing techniques together with hypnosis. This will help you to be in control of your anxiety and develop positive coping strategies.
The number of sessions you will require will depend on you. There are varying degrees of anxiety from mild to severe. I take each person individually and we will build your programme together.
