I use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy to help you take control of your weight, because it works at a very deep-rooted level, changing the way you view your dietary, lifestyle, and exercise habits.
I will look at the reasons you want to lose weight and we will look at your motivation, knowing your true motivation helps to keep you on track. We look at the way the brain works so you are not fighting against yourself, but instead working with yourself. Together we will look at the positives and put coping mechanisms in place to help you deal with stress, as well as the thought processes surrounding the weight itself
We will work together to come up with solutions to your issue in a positive way. There is no quick fix.
The number of sessions required varies from person to person. A minimum of five sessions for weight related issues is suggested, we can discuss this in further detail at your consultation and it may take some time, together we will help you reach your goal.
